 Renowned timbalero and longtime LP artist Jimmy Delgado recently kicked-off the release of his new solo cd, Salsa Con Dulzura, at New York City's famed Copacabana nightclub to a full-capacity crowd.
In addition to being executive producer and creative director of the cd, Jimmy and his band performed three live sets of material from the new release. "My goal was to create music that is refreshing, gets inside your soul, and makes you want to dance," he says. " I would like listeners to enjoy it as much as a Spring romance and to think of it as a stimulating journey."
Salsa Con Dulzura is an independent release on Jimmy's own label, JD Records, and is currently available in stores and online at Descarga.com and CDBaby.com.
