Past inductees include former Secretary of State Colin Powell, actress Rita Moreno, singer Bobby Darin, actor Robert Klein, singer/actress Diahann Carroll, TV host Regis Philbin, Latin musicians Willie Colon, Eddie & Charlie Palmieri, and Ray Barretto. Current inductees, who joined Bobby in the preceding evening gala and morning ceremony, were best-selling author Mary Higgins Clark, godfather of hip-hop, Afrika Bambaataa, singer La India, footballer Art Donovan, newsman Tony Guida, and Broadway producer Manny Azenberg.
