Ray Enhoffer: LP's Research & Development Director

A fifteen year veteran of Latin Percussion, Ray Enhoffer accelerates the pace at which many new products and improvements are incorporated in the product lines. By working closely with many of LP's top artists, Ray and the Research and Development Department are able to create the instruments which meet the needs of skilled percussionists.

Ray earned a Bachelors of Music majoring in Percussion at the prestigious Manhattan School of Music and Juilliard. He studied under the tutelage of Fred Hinger, one of the most demanding percussionists and percussion makers. This background gives Ray the musical sensitivity and mechanical know how to drive the production of the innovative percussion instruments which continue to shape the music of tomorrow.

Ray, a bit of an LP icon, has participated in producing some of LP's significant percussion developments such as LP Jam Blocks®, Granite Blocks®, Blast Blocks™, Salsa® Cowbells and Ridge Rider® Cowbells .With his uncompromising approach to product creation, Ray plans to continue the LP tradition of innovation, quality and practicality for all musical situations.
